4. The Visitation

The fourth film in the series focusing on one of Christianity’s central figures: The Virgin Mary.

It focuses on the Visitation, discussing a limewood carving from Tyrol or Swabia, The Visitation (c.1515) in the Bode-Museum, Berlin, and Jacques Daret’s The Visitation (1434–35) in the Gemäldegalerie, Berlin.
